The Autumn Bowl

In October, 2012, NBNY presented a month-long series of installations and performances in a historic rope factory in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Named after its earlier incarnation as a speakeasy skate park, The Autumn Bowl showcased work by visual artists, musicians, architects, and designers in an epic, 360-degree projection environment.

The venue opened with performances by the musicians of OneBeat, paired with video environments designed by Cartune Xprez. Other events included Whispers: a Sound + Art Series, Bring Your Own Beamer, a night of music presented with The End, The Storefront for Art and Architecture “Critical Halloween” party, and Four Tet and Jamie XX.
